Comparing other elements, Water is the single most important element in the world. It is the very basis for all life on the Earth. For babies, water accounts 70 to 80% of the body mass. But for elders the more this percentage decreases, eventually balancing at approximately 60 to 65% for men and 50 to 60% for women. Our brain, which is the most important organ in the body, consists of 80% water. The amount of adipose tissue in our bodies regulates the natural percentage of this element. Women have more of this fatty tissue thus decreasing the amount of water present. A human body needs water more than the satisfying state. So, one should drink 12 glass of water in summer and almost 6 to 8 glass in winter. Water can be drink in all liquid forms like milk and juices etc...
Milk is a great resource of getting pure water for body because it also contains water. Juices of all fruits are also in liquid form and also they are healthy for human body. Although we can gain water by these resources but pure drinking water is necessary beside this. It is the great and low cost gift of Allah Almighty for humans. The chemical which produce water, hydrogen and oxygen, are crucial to satisfying life because of the weak chemical bonds made with other molecules. Water is also an incredibly efficient conductor of electricity in human body. Our brain has the ability to conduct electrochemical impulses to our neurons. These high level brain functions are the foundations for intellectual thought to more mundane actions like breathing. In addition to these characteristics, water, can be a great nutritional aid. It can suppress your appetite, reduce sodium levels, and eliminate waste and toxins. They are the higher most functions in all process of the body. If we do not have sufficient levels of water in our systems our bodies will naturally be defaulted in the cases of diseases.
Clean drinking water is not only a resource, but it is a life source. We all share the responsibility to certify a healthy, secure and defensible water supply for our communities, environment, and economy because we are one as a nation and our quality of life depends on it. Our Government has released the Water for Life action plan; it is the roadmap that the government and its partners will follow over the next 10 years. It is now expected that this plan will work well and will accomplish the need of water which is increasing day by day.
